Physical training is a huge part of my life as it helps me function better physically and mentally. I help others use this wonderful tool to enhance their lives. I believe we all need to be more active to improve our well-being.

Things I think we all should do…

Training- Lift heavy, walk, run, swim, climb, throw, jump. Play sports and games, get outdoors.

Nutrition- Eat a calorie controlled diet, focusing on fresh whole foods locally sourced where possible, supplement when needed. Drink mostly water and plenty of it.

Recovery- Sleep better, 7-9 hrs of quality sleep, take rest days, deload exercise programmes, work on breathing techniques.

Reach out if you would like help implementing these ideas and becoming stronger, fitter, healthier, happier!

About me

After spending some time in the Army I decided being a PTI was what I wanted to do. It didn’t happen in the Army, so after leaving I decided to get qualified as a fitness instructor, then personal trainer. Immediately I set up my own business as a mobile PT, but I have also worked as a Personal Trainer within the Met Office, coached functional fitness and bootcamps. I then ran my own gym and studio just outside of my home town, Crediton. Along the way I have gained thousands of hours experience of in-person coaching, training clients from all backgrounds with varying abilities to attain their own personal goals. Now I have taken my experience online with the ability to reach a wider audience and help more people via my Online coaching, courses and books.

“No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.”
